Recusant Henricus invades as you walk towards the Limgrave Colosseum, located northeast of Stormhill Shack. He is fond of dodging back, and waiting for the right moment to strike - but his attacks themselves aren't terribly strong, so you can block him with ease and slowly cut his health bar down to size with some patience.
